ENDYBLEPH - course of 3
EndyMed EndyBleph is a non-surgical, radiofrequency-based, eyelid lifting, and skin-tightening treatment designed specifically for the delicate eye area. It uses EndyMed 3DEEP technology to lift, tighten lax skin, and improve fine lines (crow’s feet), offering a non-invasive alternative to surgical blepharoplasty with minimal downtime.
Key Aspects of EndyBleph:
• How it Works: Combines deep, targeted radiofrequency heating (to stimulate collagen production) with fractional skin resurfacing (FSR) to tighten, smooth, and rejuvenate the periorbital area.
• Target Areas: Treats droopy eyelids, sagging under-eye skin, and crepey skin around the eyes.
• Results: Patients typically see immediate, subtle results, with improvements continuing for up to 3 months as new collagen and elastin are produced.
• Treatment Course: A course of 1 to 3 sessions is usually recommended, typically spaced monthly.
• Benefits: Pain-free, no downtime, and effective at enhancing skin luminosity and firmness.
EndyBleph is specifically designed to address the early signs of aging around the eyes without the risks associated with surgery.

ABOUT ENDYMED SKIN TIGHTENING
What Endymed Treatment will I need?
There are three different types of Endymed 3 DEEP skin tightening treatments available, which vary in levels of intensity, they are Tighten, FSR and Intensif. The right treatment will be recommended based on the outcomes of your initial consultation.
Is the Endymed treatment painful?
This depends on which Endymed handpiece used. With Tighten most people find the procedure just hot in some areas. FSR is moderately painful and a little uncomfortable but not particularly painful. Certain areas of the face (usually above the top-lip and around the eyes) can be a bit more sensitive. Intensif is the most intense of the 3 treatments, hence the name, and patients are surprised to find out its actually quite tolerable.
A topical anesthetic cream is applied before FSR and Intensif to minimise any pain that may be experienced during the procedure and the Skin Specialist will be talking to you throughout the procedure to measure your comfort levels.
Are there any after effects to be aware of?
With Tighten and FSR slight redness will occur for about an hour or two straight after treatment. The next day FSR treatment will leave red site markings but the majority of the time disappears the following day. Again with Intensif, because it is the most invasive, redness and swelling may last a few extra days.
It is perfectly normal to experience some redness, swelling, itching and/or tenderness following your treatment, and you may notice some mild scabbing or crusts on the surface of the skin with FSR and Intensif which should disappear within 5-7 days. You can resume normal activity immediately afterwards but you will need to refrain from wearing make-up for 24 hours following and wear a good SPF (minimum spf30).
How many sessions will I need and how long until I see results?
With Tighten the course is 6 treatments, every week for 6 weeks. FSR is 3 treatments every 4-6 weeks and the same with Intensif. We expect you to see your full results at 3 months as your collagen takes time to remodel and form. Some patients have noticed immediate results with an immediate lift and a healthy glow.
